How do I access my course materials after purchase?↓
After completing checkout you receive an email with login instructions. Materials live in your private account dashboard, available instantly and for lifetime access.
What tools and supplies do I need for the programs?↓
Each course includes a downloadable materials list. We recommend foam, floral tape, secateurs, and seasonal stems. Most students already own 70% of required tools.
Do you issue certificates upon completion?↓
Yes. Every graduate receives a digital and printable certificate of completion detailing hours and techniques mastered. Physical certificates ship upon request.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?↓
Full refunds available within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been viewed. No refunds after course start date except in documented hardship cases.
Can I take the courses on my mobile device?↓
Absolutely. All video lessons and PDFs are fully responsive and compatible with phones, tablets and desktop browsers with offline download options.
Do you offer group discounts for florist studios?↓
